Please read our rules before inquiring to purchase an animal. In order to do business with us, you must acknowledge and agree to all of our terms.

Our policy is subject to change as our organization develops.

Purchasing an Animal
  • Before finalizing the sale of any animal, we require a brief screening be conducted to ensure that our hatchling is going to a suitable home. If you are interested in an animal, we will send you a few questions and may ask to see a picture of the enclosure you plan to house the snake in.

  • We sell to all types of keepers, including breeders, pet owners and first timers, as long as we trust the animal will be cared for properly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse ANY sale under our own discretion, at any time.

Hold Policy
  • We offer a 30-day hold for animals, requiring a deposit of 50% of the total price--including shipping. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will give you the date on which your hold is up. If there are no payments made or we cannot contact you at the end of 30 days, the animal will be put back up for sale.

  • We will send a deposit slip which is to be electronically signed by the buyer when the deposit is made.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you choose to cancel a placed order for any reason, we offer a 50% refund but retain the other half of the payment as a cancellation fee. This is to ensure that buyers are completely certain of their purchase before placing the order, and to account for the time the animal could have been available on the website.

  • Please make sure you are 100% certain when purchasing an animal.

Shipping Policy
  • Shipping fees are not included in an animal's displayed price. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to cover shipping fees.

  • All shipments are priority overnight. (Via ShipYourReptiles)

  • Shipment plans will be discussed with purchase so that arrangements can be made to receive the animal.

  • The buyer MUST be at the shipping address when the animal arrives.

  • ***COVID-19 addendum: Please read about our Pandemic Shipping Procedures HERE

Animal Health Policies
  • We offer a live arrival guarantee only, as we make sure our animals are in perfect health and ready for new homes before shipping them out. It is the new owner's responsibility to care for the animal once it is received.

  • In the unlikely and unfortunate event that an animal is deceased upon arrival, we require pictures of the box, pictures of the animal's body and a video of the animal to confirm that it is deceased.

  • Please keep in touch with us about the animal's health, especially over the first 7 days. If you have any concerns about the health of your new snake, please contact us so that we may help resolve any issues.

  • Please be aware of your location's laws and restrictions regarding exotic pets. Consult your landlord, homeowner's association and/or housemates about owning snakes. Please make sure there won't be any issues with ownership in your area before purchasing an animal.

  • We do not breed animals with problematic genes, such as the spider gene, though we still love them as pets.

After Receiving Your Animal
  • We like to know that our animals are in good hands, so we will check in with you after some time to make sure all is well with your new snake.

  • Each snake we sell comes with documentation certifying morph, sex, hatch date and parents. Keep this certificate as a reference; think of it as an ID card for your snake. We can use the ID number of a snake to look up its records from the hatchery if you ever have any questions.

  • We strongly encourage keeping in touch with us even after receiving your snake. We form a connection with our animals as we raise them and enjoy hearing how they are doing in their new homes. We are also here to offer advice and guidance with any questions or concerns you may have along the way. We love sharing our experience.

  • If at any time you need to surrender the animal you purchased from us, we will gladly take it back. All that we ask is for you to cover shipping costs.

Federal and State Laws
  • Both we the seller and you the buyer must adhere to federal law, Massachusetts state law, and the law of any state or province we sell to. This means that we must respect any species laws and/or bans regarding ball pythons.

  • Please be aware of the legality of owning a ball python in your location. This applies to not just your state law, but also the rules and/or regulations held in place by your city, homeowner's association, landlord, apartment building, etc. We do not want to sell one of our hatchlings only to have it seized in the mail or confiscated.

  • Due to current state laws, we are unfortunately unable to sell to residents of:

  • New York

  • Hawaii

  • Florida
